Available Payment Options

Afterpay allows patients to manage dental expenses by splitting the total cost of treatment into equal, interest-free fortnightly payments, with the initial portion paid on the day of service. The rest of the payments will be automatically withdrawn from your debit or credit card every two weeks. In case you cannot make payments on time, you will not be charged any interest or fees.

To be eligible for Afterpay, you need to be at least 18 years old, reside in Australia, and have an active debit or credit card linked to your name. Approval is fast and can be managed directly through the Afterpay app or website. It is a convenient option for those seeking a short-term solution to cover the cost of essential dental care.

Humm offers a flexible interest-free payment plan for dental treatments, allowing patients to spread costs over time without paying interest for plan amounts up to $20,000. 

The application process is simple and can be completed online or at our practices. Once approved, payments are made in manageable fortnightly instalments via direct debit. This option suits patients who require comprehensive dental work and want to spread their payments over a longer period.

Zip-pay

Zip gives patients a flexible way to manage dental costs. Through ZipPay, you can access up to $1,000 for smaller treatments, or apply to borrow up to $20,000 via ZipMoney for more complex procedures, with the option to repay in monthly or fortnightly instalments. Fees, charges and interest (if applicable) vary.  You will receive a digital account to manage repayments.

You can set ZipPay up on your phone before coming in for your appointment! Zip allows you to adjust repayments around your pay days, ensuring you remain in control of your finances.

National Dental Plan_Icon

The National Dental Plan provides rapid approval for up to $12,000 of dental and healthcare expenses, with no paperwork or deposit required. Payments are collected by direct debit, and patients can select a repayment schedule of up to 24 months to suit their budgeting needs. This straightforward process allows individuals to undergo complex or multi-stage treatments without the immediate financial burden of an upfront payment.

Tailored for dental care, the plan carries no interest charges, making it a remarkably cost-effective solution for everything from routine check-ups to surgical procedures. Affordable fortnightly instalments are calculated according to each patient’s circumstances, ensuring repayments remain manageable throughout the treatment course. Our friendly reception team will be able to assist you with the application process.

SuperCare_Logo

SuperCare supports individuals who need urgent or high-cost dental care by assisting them in applying for early access to their superannuation. This process falls under the Australian Government’s compassionate release criteria and can be used for treatments like oral surgery, implants, or orthodontics.

Rather than navigating the process alone, patients receive personalised guidance from SuperCare to help complete and lodge the necessary forms. This funding option provides relief for those unable to cover essential dental costs upfront but who have existing superannuation savings.

Medicare

Through the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), children aged 2 to 17 who meet the eligibility criteria can access core dental services at no personal cost. This includes treatments such as general check-ups, routine cleans, dental X-rays, preventative fissure sealing, fillings, and tooth extractions.

Bulk billing is available to families who receive a Medicare notice of eligibility, and services are capped at $1,095 over two calendar years. The program ensures that children from qualifying families can receive timely and essential oral care without placing pressure on household finances.

Eligible families receive a letter or notification from Medicare, and appointments are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket expense. This scheme ensures children can access essential dental care early, encouraging long-term oral health habits without adding financial pressure to families. Unsure about your child's eligibility? hicap-Final

HICAPS allows you to claim your private health fund rebate immediately at the point of treatment, removing the need to submit paper forms or await reimbursement. Our clinic is equipped with a HICAPS terminal, so your insurer honours your rebate directly into your account within seconds. You pay the gap amount on the day, making the entire process smooth, transparent and stress-free.

Supporting all major registered health funds, HICAPS streamlines both dental and allied health claims in just a few taps of your health fund card. By integrating this service into our practice, we aim to eliminate administrative delays and help you concentrate on your care, safe in the knowledge that your out-of-pocket costs remain as low as possible.
